While the center is enveloped by such natural beauty without, its the within that is most important to have communicated through the essence of this Buddhist retreat center and the committment made by its director, Amy. I would have liked to have heard about that through snippets of thoughts or conversations of the people dedicating their lives to helping others through our life journey and study. Cuts to close-ups several times of fly/flies, may have been self-indulgent to the filmmaker but did not really add to the piece, for example, which could be its own learning tool. Alluding to the importance of the mundane would need to be elevated in the film as it is in their daily lives. Yes, a challenge to communicate that. Good luck! I so enjoyed seeing Amy & wish her well.
